Platinum Funding Group Opens New Office in Atlanta; Appoints Dina Niron Vice President of Business Development.

NEW YORK/ATLANTA (July 18, 2007) — In conjunction with opening a new office in Atlanta, Georgia, Platinum Funding Group today announced the promotion of Dina Niron to the position of Vice President of Business Development.

In this role, Ms. Niron, 36, will head Platinum Funding Group’s new office in Atlanta, in addition to continuing her work in the Greater New York City area. The Atlanta office will expand Platinum Funding Group’s presence in the southeastern part of the country, where Platinum is currently represented by an office in Boynton Beach, Florida. Platinum Funding Group’s Atlanta office will be actively involved in building strong relationships with the local Commercial Finance Association, Turnaround Management Association and Association for Corporate Growth chapters.

Ms. Niron joined Platinum Funding Group in May 2006 as a Business Development Officer at the company’s headquarters in New York City. She quickly established a successful track record working with the financial, legal and consulting professionals, while growing Platinum Funding Group’s network among these communities in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining Platinum, Dina served as a Junior Portfolio Manager at Halpert Capital, a New York City-based hedge fund. Ms. Niron also has a strong legal background holding a LL.M in Intellectual Property from Cardozo Yeshiva University and a LL.B from Tel Aviv University.
